First time at Torque. Ken and Simon were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and easy. We were in constant communication via text and the independent work items were approved (or not) through a simple web portal. It was a refreshing experience and they know their stuff. The car was completed on time and they were kind enough to wash and vacuum the car. A pleasure doing business with them and I will certainly return.

Honest and great mechanics. They are very good at diagnosing issues. Pricing is fair. Much better value than a dealer and every bit as good. We do all of our service here.

Excellent service and always ready to help

I had an issue with my daughter’s Audi and was referred to Torque Auto. The customer service was #1. They were able to look at the car earlier than my appointment and identify the issue. Luckily it was a minor issue and it was addressed at a fair price. I will continue to use Torque.
