First time in the shop Simon was easy to talk with and really interested in taking care of my car, will be going back again!

Everyone there is super professional. My Prius works like a charm. I got a 3g battery upgrade for ~ 1K less that Hendrick Toyota was charging to replace my 2g battery cells. The service was quick, clean, and the best deal in town. My only critique would be that the bag of complimentary goldfish crackers I ate were a few days expired ( still tasty BTW). This will be the only place I take my Prius for repairs!

I had a trip up to the mountains planned with a Porsche Club. Found out on a Saturday (Memorial Day weekend) that my muffler had split a seam. Simon managed to get my car into the shop and fix the issue even though he already had a full schedule. In this day and age, it's great to experience customer service to this level. Highly recommend getting your service done at Torque!

I found Torque while searching the internet for an alternative to the dealer shops. These guys know what they are doing and were a breath of fresh air. I have tried others and hands down Torque wins. Would never go back to the dealer for even an oil change.
