I don't write reviews as a rule, but when I do it is because the service was exceptional. I had taken my son's 2015 Golf GTi to the local official dealer for over 12 months and having a terrible experience that culminated in them not being able to solve a persistent problem despite spending over $5000. The Torque team took the car, read the history and went about solving the issue. They communicated the whole way, provided progress and options, Extraordinarily thorough a got the job done. This is the same level of service I get from Porsche with my other car. Highly recommend them.

Knew how to address my problem on my Audi.

I was referred to this shop by the Dean in my Department and Im going to tell you exactly what I told him after getting my car back. First, electrical work on a Benz is expensive AND water damage on top of that. Second, best work ever! That was in 2018-2019. To date, I still take my car to them for any repairs and all maintenance work. The whole team ROCKS!

Used Torque Automotive for a routine oil change. I had a scheduled appointment and received a reminder message prior to appointment. Oil change was in a timely manner. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again.
