Took my daughter’s 2009 Prius in to get the radio, climate, back up camera, etc. display looked at. They ended up not being able to do the repair but were honest about it and steered me in the right direction. During the diagnostic a part broke off the dash. They ordered the replacement part and offered to install it. The guy who is fixing the display said he would just put it on so I just picked up the part without incident. Appreciate them being upfront about the repair and making the broken part right. Would definitely go to them again if and when needed.

This was my first time taking my Prius somewhere other than the dealer. I was nervous! Staff was really nice and they were very knowledgeable. The service took longer than expected but they had good communication, took the time to fix issues correctly, and proactively adjusted the charges to reflect the delay. I’m happy to have my car working perfectly and for much less than the dealership. I would definitely use them again.
