I really appreciate the service provided by Torque Automotive. I was so thankful to find this service in the Raleigh, NC area. Our 2006 Prius battery was replaced and we are driving again with confidence. It has been several days and the charge levels are remaining strong. So thankful for Doug and the service techs at Torque Automotive. They were quick to respond to my call for help when my 2006 Toyota Prius hybrid battery failed. They did an inspection, fixed the problem, and answered all my questions. Work comes with warranty and price was reasonable.
Had a rear brake job done on my 2018 Audi S5 and I couldn't be happier. Brakes, rotors, and sensors replaced. All done up to dealer standards, but without dealer prices. I will be back because this shop is the real deal.

The team at Torque automotive are true professionals. They honor scheduled appointments, are friendly, incredibly knowledgable and give clear and honest diagnosis. All work done on my 2011 BMW 335i coupe has been performed to the highest standards and at the price quoted. There are no surprises with these guys. If some mechanical issue happens to pop up during service they'll go over it in layman terms and explain cost and options without any sales pressure. And as a corporate sales professional for over 20 years I especially appreciate the respectful manner in which they conduct business. I wouldn't take my Beemer to anyone else.
