Excellent service and price on my BMW!

Torque automotive replaced the hybrid battery for my 2006 Prius 7 months ago for almost half the cost of other shops, and with a transferable lifetime warranty. The repair took a little over an hour. The folks were very courteous and answered all of my questions. Since then the car has run great and the mileage even improved a bit.

These guys are the best I’ve ever worked with. They are prompt, honest, courteous, and fair. You couldn’t ask for better service. The attention to detail and the consummate knowledge of their craft has my Porsche running like new. It’s fantastic having these guys in my corner.

They were fantastic! During this time of COVID where I really try to limit the number of places that I'm going into, they were great and were willing to pick up my car from my home and deliver it back once it was completed. It was great knowing that I could get my car serviced and taken care of while also limiting everyone's exposure. They were very transparent on what was needed and when it would be completed. Really appreciate their customer service!

Another great service appointment. My car cost me a bit more that I had hoped they would find wrong with it, but I had no problem saying yes to the work because I knew I would get it back and I could trust workmanship. They also lent me a loaner for 2 days while they worked on it and that was an unexpected plus that saved me having to get a ride or pay for an Uber. Top notch service and highly respectful associates, I'll be back again for sure.
