Simon and Matt at Torque were very helpful and instrumental in helping me make the decision on whether or not to purchase a used VW from a dealer. They offer pre-purchase, 3rd party inspections that provide a detailed snap-shot on what they can tell about the vehicle and they make recommendations on what the next steps should be: whether it's to recommend not buying the vehicle or what service(s) should be made to the vehicle to make it run it's best. They were able to fit my appointment in on short notice and had the job completed on time as promised. The nominal fee that's charged for this service was well worth it in my opinion. I would recommend Torque Automotive to anyone who needs service related to German vehicles.

Dropping in for a repair on a Friday, unexpectedly could* have warranted an understandably long wait; however this was not the case at all! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my AC issue was fixed, it could not have been more than a 20 minute wait (in a really clean / cozy lounge). Also, was extremely happy to receive a coupon & a much lower than expected bill.

This was my first time at Torque Automotive doing a routine maintenance on my car. The work was done well and on time. The staff was courteous and helpful. The price was lower than at a dealer were I took my car before. Finding the place was a bit difficult as you cannot see a sign from the road but once you know to drive to the back of the building it easy to find. I like that the staff provides a list of recommended repairs but there is no pressure to do them.

I appreciated the regular updates from the service department about the status of the work being done, as I was there several hours. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable. I was happy with the way both me and my BMW were treated.
