Accurate diagnosis. Honest communication about urgency/necessity for individual repairs. Online portal for customer to pre-approve all repairs before beginning work, online payment, and loaner cars available. I am always pleased with the availability and transparency of communications, and the ease of purchasing. Would definitely recommend.

Top notch service. They have been keeping my 17 year old Camry Hybrid on the road. I trust them. They stand behind their work and don't try to upsell me on unneeded repairs. They handle a variety of cars - and have an outstanding mobile hybrid battery replacement service - how I discovered them a few years back - and shortly thereafter they helped me when the Toyota dealer that had serviced the car replaced an axle with an aftermarket one that caused the seal to slowly leak automatic transmission fluid eventually to cause the transmission to seize up. I was able to use Torque's diagnostic expertise to get the dealer to own up to the cause and rebuild the transmission without charge. For that they have earned my eternal gratitude and I now use them regularly for maintenance and repairs, even though Torque Automotive is a 28 mile drive my home. They are adjacent Raleigh's Durant Park - which provides a wonderful nature infusion while I wait.
