After constantly feeling as if I'd been robbed over and over with overpriced service, I decided to find a shop specializing in European vehicles so finding Torque Automotive in Raleigh was a great relief. From the moment they answered the phone to drive off, the team was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They performed the necessary repairs by actually showing me the part they were replacing and thoroughly explained the process. In addition, they gently suggested another repair which was advantageously performed, both at reasonable prices. It's been two weeks since then and the car is doing great. I will definitely take my car there for all future repairs.
