I bought my 2015 Toyota Prius in to get a tire sensor replaced. Steve was very professional, very courteous and was fantastic to work with! He explained in detail what needed to be one to get it fixed and the price was alot less then I had originally been quoted by the Toyota dealer. I will definitely return to Torque Automotive for my future auto needs. Fantastic service!

Until recently, I had always brought my vehicles to a BMW dealership to get repaired. After constantly feeling as if I'd been robbed over and over with overpriced service, I decided to find a shop specializing in European vehicles so finding Torque Automotive in Raleigh was a great relief. From the moment they answered the phone to drive off, the team was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They performed the necessary repairs by actually showing me the part they were replacing and thoroughly explained the process. In addition, they gently suggested another repair which was advantageously performed, both at reasonable prices. It's been two weeks since then and the car is doing great. I will definitely take my car there for all future repairs.

We've been using Torque since they first opened. This last time, standard maintenance of brakes and tires on 5 year old Kia Optima with 90,000 miles. Simon, Jason and team are responsive and clear in their communications. They take the time to explain things and offer choices and help us choose the best path. They're also great at helping us be better car owners to get the most out of our vehicles as they age! Better than taking to the dealerships!

We take our cars to Torque because they are talented, honest and helpful! Simon and his staff are really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, we never feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase or to add on items. They are some of the best we've ever worked with!

Appreciated how they were honest. Did not try to make up things that needed to be fixed because at the dealership they would have found lots of things "wrong" to "fix." Torque does a good quality job.
