I visited Torque or actually "The Hybrid Geek" when my 2007 Prius finally died up for good. The dreaded red triangle had come on, but fortunately, I was still able to drive the car. I got there in the afternoon, and the tech took the car in, got it inspected, and got back to me before the end of the day. As expected, it was determined that the car needed a replacement for the hybrid battery. We went through over the different options, and I finally decided to go with the lifetime warranty replacement. The decision was based on an assessment that the car still had a lot of miles left on it. (It is at 180k). I have been driving the car for about a month and waited to post the review just in case something funny happened. The car has been driving great—the hybrid battery charges and discharges as it should always have. Overall, I am really satisfied with all aspects. Truly professional, polite, and great service. They were not pushy either when I denied the oil and filter change. I totally recommend them. My only complaint is that I came over there looking for "The Hybrid Geek" and I had a really hard time locating and realizing that it was a part of the Torque Automotive. I actually drove around the complex thrice before I walked into the Torque Automotive office.

I drive a VW GLI. Needed an EPC warning light checked. Although Toeguw was tricky to find, it was well worth the effort. The guys were really easy to get hold of on the phone and dropping car off was quick and easy. Lobby was clean and well organized. They called me with updates, got service done quickly, charges were fair for work performed. Took it in for a warning light, they ran the diagnosis, determined that there was nothing in particular that was wrong, and so they did not charge me, not even for the diagnosis work. Note that I had taken it to the dealership for same problem 4 weeks earlier, they ran true diagnostics, said it was probably dirty gas and charged me $150! Guess where I’ll be taking my car from now on. Torque also did an oil change and inspection. I’ll be a customer for life if this keeps up.

Torque Automotive has always maintained my '06 Mini. Now our Toyota Rav4 has joined the ranks. Torque Auto performs all of the routine maintenance for any car.......not just Porsches, Mercedes, all sports cars but they are trained mechanics. They do detailed work and they are well aware of maintenance requirements for all other vehicles besides besides the diagnosis needs that are not routine. They even repaired the "slow" leak in one of the tires in the RAV4 as well - just routine. They do it all. Thanks you guys

Although Torque is some distance from my home, they are my primary auto service provider. The major reason is due to their quality service and reasonable prices. If you own a foreign car, I highly suggest you compare them to the dealer, especially when it comes to the money savings.
