Great. I called with a small maintenance issue after a visit from the dealership. The cost from the dealership was outrageous and not within my means for a simple job. I called Doug and he handled the issue with no problem and cost me little out of pocket. They are great, professional and affordable. I recommend everyone to give them a call.

I found Torque on the web while searching for a good Nissan repair shop. I found a great one instead. I've never seen an auto repair shop with such glowing reviews, and I'm happy to add mine. Doug did a fantastic job presenting causes and costs to repair the AC on the Altima, and he kept me advised at all times on progress.I felt extremely comfortable giving him the go ahead to fix the car. They used factory parts without price gouging, and the labor times were by the book. There was no gouging there either. I drove past many other shops to get to Torque and will do it again when necessary.

Torque Automotive/Hybrid Geek has been taking care of my car for several years. I drive from Chapel Hill to Raleigh for their service because they are expertly knowledgeable about my Prius and do their best to work within my expense limitations. They have never failed to do an excellent job, and I trust them completely. Doug, the Service Manager, is endlessly patient with my questions and makes sure I understand what is going on with my car and what my options are. I don't like to take my car anywhere else.

Brought vehicle in for state inspection and troubleshooting of AC system malfunction. Inspection was conducted professionally and expeditiously. AC system malfunction was accurately diagnosed. Mechanics could not have been more courteous and responsive to my needs. This is my go to shop for auto repairs to my German and U.S. made cars. Have gone to Torque Automotive for several years now and have received outstanding service on every visit.
