Service light came on on the dash of my Audi TTS and took car to dealer for appointment. I told the dealer the days I have off and asked if any would work for them. They made an appointment and did not even let me know until I asked days later. Went in and received an estimate at the rate of $160 per hour labor. Started to look for another option and FOUND Torque Automotive, a hidden GEM right under my nose. WHOW!!! What a pleasant experience from start to finish. My car even honked on the way home to sound it's approval of the loving care it received. My car has a name and it is a part of my family and needs nourishment and support to keep it healthy and running great. With all the fuss of this Covid19 that we all have to endure it is most important to keep the business's supported in these challenging times. I don't be-grudge a business making money as I was self employed for 39 years and treated my customers as I would want to be treated. Torque Automotive was top notch in expertise and FAIR!

Torque motors is very professional and thorough. Wish they had a better place for customers to wait other than outside in front of their service area!! But can understand space constraints and excessive rents that would make service costly.

My experience at Torque was fantastic! I bought my mini cooper in for a second opinion since I was told by another place that I had 3,400 worth of repairs and replacements to make. I about died. Brought my car to Torque and they actually EXPLAINED what I needed and why I needed certain repairs and services.I was quoted a price half of what I was originally quoted from the other place. I appreciated their honesty and their willingness to work with me. They WILL be getting ALL of my business. Great job guys!
