In general no real major complaints. They promised the car in 1-2 days. It look 4 business days. I think some of the issue was the recent snow storm, Jan 5. I asked them to take a look at a secondary item. Over the phone they immediately said it was a cable. Then proceeded to charge me $50 for the diagnosis. I’m not too sure what the $50 was for? They immediately knew what the problem was. I held off on having them fix it. As for the main issue, the did the repair with nonfurther issues. That’s what is most important.

This place is a great alternative to dealerships to get work done on your BMW. Price is very reasonable the staff is very knowledgeable and wants to help you. They don't seem like the type that will scam you or price gouge you. Highly recommended!

Torque Automotive is always dependable and I would recommend this business to other automobile owners.

Our regular mechanic told me the hybrid battery in our 2007 Prius needed replacement and said it would cost $4,000 at the dealer. This was on a Thursday. I called the Hybrid Geek on Friday. Simon was very responsive and helpful also. Peter came out to our house on Saturday (!), confirmed the diagnosis and had the new battery installed within an hour-forr under $1500. The battery has a 5 year warranty but if I get 2 more years out of the Prius I'll be happy.

Our 2002 Prius had a first generation battery and very few of the places we contacted could help us. The Hybrid Geek took care of our problem quickly and for less money than we thought it would cost.

With a late model VW bug, I trust torque to take care and know what my car needs and be able to get the parts if necessary.
