An example of the type of service you can expect: I was leaving for a Porsche event and noticed just two days before that my aftermarket exhaust had failed at the muffler seams. I contacted Simon and he re-arranged his shop schedule to accommodate getting my car in to repair the mufflers and I was able to attend the event.

Using the trade name Hybrid Geek, they replaced my son's 2007 Prius Hybrid battery in Charlottesville, Virginia. The mechanic traveled the 450 miles from Raleigh to Charlottesville and performed the battery swap quickly and expertly. He then showed my son that all error codes had been cleared and the car works great so far--knock on wood. All this for a very fair price that I did not have to pay until the battery was installed and my son was convinced that everything worked perfectly.
