I began my new experience with my Mercedes Benz GLA 250 today with Torque automotive. This my second car Simon has taken care of for me. As always the service and the quality of work was exceptional. Every detail of the service was itemized and met the upmost precision. I wouldn’t expect anything less. I intend to stay with Torque!

The transmission filler bolt on my 2004 BMW 745i was seized and stripped out. It is in a location that is not easy to access. Another mechanic was not able to remove it. Torque was able to remove the bolt without drilling it and having to drain the transmission. What is also great is while they made a few suggestions, they never tried to upsell or convince me I needed services. They were very accommodating to my wants and needs. I have found the new shop to care for my Bimmer during its final years.

I had a bit of an issue with my brake pedal and the team at Torque Automotive were very attentive and fixed the issue with great care.

Scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and a/c charge. The car was taken promptly and the technician discovered a nail in my rear tire. That was repaired and I was on my way in no time. Service is always professional and affordable priced. Never go to a dealer again!

Responsive and accommodating service approach.

I had just a state inspection (up against the due date!) and will schedule my annual fluid change for later. As usual, Torque was quick and efficient, completing the work while we waited. Michaux, who was at the front desk, was very friendly and professional. I always have a good experience here!
