My 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK 350 was failing to recognize the multi CD changer and eventually The radio system in my Mercedes CLK 350 became inoperable. In one hour Pablo diagnosed the problem, fixed it and for a reasonable price. I have never had a bad experience with Torque Automotive . Simon runs a class act!

This was my first time at Torque. I came in for an oil change. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to Torque.I will definitely be back for any service needs. Their customer service was the best I have seen in a while.

Torque is the best. I recently bought a used 2010 Audi A3 and it was hesitating off the line.I'm pretty savvy with cars so I decided to self-diagnose my issue along with help from Master mechanic Google.lol So in all the car forums they have stated that this hesitation was normal operation for the A3's and I was ready to accept defeat but my wife convinced me to take to a professional. When I bought it to Torque. I just asked for a pre purchase inspection but they went the extra mile and found loose flux capacitor on the hyper link and fixed the hesitation.Just joking about the fix but these guys spot on to rectify the issue. Now my baby has a new primary care physician. Dr Torque

Replacement of the axle was done as promised at previously quoted price. Service was professional and friendly. At checkout, the staff took the time to show me the damaged part. A loaner car was provided for our convenience at no charge. Great job, guys!

I think Jason at Torque is an excellent customer service person. This was my first visit to have a car I am considering purchasing inspected. If I buy this car I will schedule to have it serviced at Torgue. The place is clean and the service technician has many years of experience so I am content they know what to do. It is easier and less expensive than a dealership. Thanks!
