I feel comfortable taking my car to Torque knowing that they perform quality work at a reasonable price. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of or charged more than what is reasonable for the service provided. I was happy that a loaner car was available for my last service so I could make it to work on time. I trust Simon and his crew with my car because they are honest, personable, and very knowledgeable. I always feel well informed about what is going on with my car while it is there at the shop, and service is also easy to schedule. I am glad to have found a reasonably priced and trustworthy shop to take care of me and my car.

Finally! I've found a mechanic who is honest and trustworthy that doesn't charge an exorbitant fee for his services. Last time I took my Porsche to a dealer it cost me dearly. Never again. Simon is very reasonable. In addition I was in the process of buying my son a used car in which I had Simon inspect it. Thank goodness I did as the car had some major issues and Simon explained them all in detail with the analysis of how much it would costs to fix everything now, and in the future. I then took another used car to Simon and it received a clean bill of health so we bought the car. I will be taking all of my cars to Simon going forward.
