Contacted company and chatted with owner Simon. He booked me to leave the car during the day for the service. Met him on the day, and had a friendly chat. They have BMW Master technicians on staff, and Simon is one as well. Location is a bit hard to find, as it is located in the back of an industrial area, but Simon explained that leasing locations that will allow car repairs can be hard to find (vs building your own building). Shop is very clean. They had all the work done by noon, and everything was tidy. No smudges on the seats, no fingerprints on the hood. The best part of course was the price, which was cheaper than the dealer. An oil change for my model was more than $40 cheaper than the dealership. Friendly staff, very helpful and chatty. Explained all the work, what was found, and gave me some items to keep an eye on that might come up because of their experience with my car. Owner is directly involved, greets customers and answers phones. Will continue to take my vehicle to Torque.

Torque Automotive is top notch. I brought my Porsche Boxter to Torque Automotive for a clutch replacement and the work was completed as promised. Simon Withers kept me informed and was excellent to work with. My car was returned to me immaculate inside and out. I highly recommend Torque Automotive. Additionally, the price was very reasonable.

I have been taking my Porsche to Torque for the last two years, the most recent visit was a new set of tires. Simon helped me select a set and everything went very smoothly. I know nearly anyone could install a set of tires, but why let just anybody do it when the team and Torque can do it and still be competitive on price. The new tires are a huge upgrade, thanks!

Replaced the battery in my Honda hybrid. The staff was friendly and helpful and the repair cost over $1000 less than getting it done at the dealership.

Torque provides the best bargain in service and maintenance for my mini at minimal cost to the car dealerships and large facilities. They are fully qualified to service a number of cars but I focus on the work they have done on my car. They are friendly and extremely competent and I have trusted their consultation and advice for a couple years now.

I always use Torque - honest people, efficient, and a good price. Whats not to love?
