Where to begin?! Torque Automotive isn’t like many repair shops I’ve been too. I brought my car back on October 8th, of this year, and literally the day after my check engine light came on. Right, go figure! Needless to say, Torque Automotive was literally my 4th repair shop in which I took my car too, with little to no hope of getting my issue resolved. Little back story, I have a 2014 VW Jetta TDI. The engine code insisted that my EGR system was bad & that I needed my DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) replaced or worked on. Mind you, I been to 3 other repair shops who collectively had my car longer than I had in my own possession. Torque Automotive was able to get my car, and diagnose each item that was malfunctioning or needed replaced. Unfortunately my car was with them for bout a week, being it was a complete domino effect of things breaking one after another. However, Fortunately, they were able to get everything back in full functioning expected condition for this car type. Chrissy is an amazing peoples person, whom I enjoyed talking to. Everyone there was awesome. They have a guy who is like a guru for VW diesels and he took his time to get it right, verses throwing things together to get me out the door. They provided a loaner, which was amazing ! Being I already wrote too much, Torque Automotive is definitely the place to take your vehicle for servicing. Their prices are great and the experience and work completed along with customer service is PHENOMENAL. I’ll definitely be taking my car back to them only moving forward! Thanks Torque Automotive for taking such great care of my used 2014 VW Jetta TDI. She rides so much better!
