Brought my Prius car to this shop And they were able to diagnose it correctly.

The people at Torque are always so accommodating. They are able to provide a loaner so I can continue with my work day and call or text when my vehicle is ready. They also let me know what might be coming up for maintenance or repair and inform me of the costs in advance. I recommend them to anyone who needs their car serviced.

We just moved over to side side of town and I needed the AC in my Prius C checked. Torque had the best reviews and I can see why. I called right around closing time but left a message, and they called back first thing in the morning. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The office was clean and tidy and did not have that kind of universal grungy look a lot of automotive repair places have. I didn't get a laundry list of other things I should consider "fixing," just a note about my front brake pads that suggested they be looked at next service but that they were totally safe to drive on. The office manager (reception?) said it was in some of the best shape she's ever seen on a Prius its age (it's a 2013) and sent me on my way. Exactly what we like to hear when we have our vehicle serviced. The only thing I didn't love about this place is its location. That industrial park is kind of a mess lol but I'll definitely go back because it was a great experience overall.

Scheduled an appointment to drop off my Suburban to diagnose a noise coming from the rear axle. The technicians quickly diagnosed the issue and they promptly called to report the results. Unfortunately, the issue was not something that they could repair because replacement parts were not available but they researched and called a specialist and referred me to them for a rebuild. I appreciate quick diagnosis, friendly staff, and their honesty and helpfulness in finding a specialist and providing a referral.
